1:1 Coaching

1 on 1 coaching is most suitable if you have specific issues or goals you want to achieve and appreciate a tailored approach.

Typically, these sessions are 60-minute long and I will meet with you online at a scheduled time. During the session, I will be listening and asking you powerful questions so that you can self-reflect to get to the answers you are looking for and overcome your internal fears/barriers. Near the end of the session, we will design actions and accountability for you.

You will generally need about 4-6 sessions over a 3-month period to achieve the results you want.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is only available to past coaching clients or alumni of the coaching programmes as we would have worked together and I can assess which group will fit you best.
