Sharla is the Co-founder and Director at Ahua Wellbeing, helping working mums to achieve work-life balance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has worked as a Family and Marriage Counsellor for the last 12 years as well as an Educator strengthening relationships in homes and communities. In her practice, she has become increasingly aware that our body’s behavior and physical reaction connects with the mind and becoming more mindful of this process can provide a greater opportunity for change than through our thoughts alone. Did I also mention she is a busy mum with 4 kids!
