Together with Inclusive Aotearoa and Human Rights Commission's Race Relations Commissioner Meng Foon, we are having an online discussion about anti-racism and creating flashcards that will help us combat the daily racism that we face.

Format for the event:

1-1.05pm - Welcome

1.05-1.20pm - Meng Foon's address

1.20-1.30pm - Questions for Meng

1.30-1.45pm - Small group work to create anti-racism flashcards

1.45 - 1.55pm - Present back to the big group

1.55-2pm - Close

This event has been born out of As You's Asian Women Rising series as wahine Asian came together to discuss challenges and how to rise together. The last event we had was with our allies and we came up with the idea of having helpful flashcards to combat daily racism.
