Erica Austin is a multi-potentialite, who is a person with multiple passions - experience curator, community weaver, facilitator, mentor, photographer, serial volunteer and #ChChAmbassador. She is the Founder of E.A.Curation which curates inclusive and impactful experiences for not-for-profits, government, startups and social enterprises.

Erica has a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Auckland and has moved to Christchurch when the earthquakes struck with a desire to help rebuild Christchurch into a vibrant and inclusive city. She has since been leading TEDx Christchurch, Lightning Lab Tourism 2019 and this year organising the first Virtual Impact Conference in New Zealand.
