Lauren Peate is a co-founder and CEO of Multitudes, which provides companies with culture analytics from their passive data, without surveys. Lauren is also the founder and leads Ally Skills NZ, a diversity and inclusion consultancy that teaches people how to use their voice and influence to stand with marginalised groups at work. A graduate of Stanford University, Lauren has previously been a management consultant with Bain & Co in San Francisco, interim COO of an eCommerce startup in Jordan, and a Fulbright Scholar in Morocco working to prevent gender-based violence. She is passionate about creating a world where everyone has the safety and support they need to thrive at work. In her free time she enjoys rock-climbing, yoga and long chats with friends.
