How much does it cost?

Why is the course not shorter, like 30 days?
Our promise to you is to have a course that delivers real results that last. Real change only comes with 1) hard work and 2) that hard work needs to be applied consistently for at least 45 days. Sciences show that is how long it takes at a minimum for the brain to develop a new habit. Hence 6-week is our shortest course. So let us guide you on this change journey!

Each group coaching session is 45-minute via the online platform Zoom. Small group of 4 people so you can get maximum results.
