Covid19 has affected all of us in small and big ways. Have you wondered how to bounce back from Covid19 and what to do in other unexpected and difficult situations in the future? Suki Xiao will share her top tips on bouncing back from Covid19. This talk is human behavioural science and coaching based. It will increase your knowledge of the brain and you will take away exactly what you need to do next time when faced with a difficult situation.
Suki is a certified Life and Professional Coach specialising in helping people to find their purpose, gain self-confidence and self-love. She used to be an Agile Coach in Xero and other technological companies helping teams and leaders to perform better. She was also a voluntary counsellor and trainer in Youthline to help people manage their emotions.
