Redefine Now is a 6-week programme for working professionals to build good habits and routines. You will be receiving weekly 60-minute coaching in a small group of 4 with workbooks and support online.
Course outline
Week 1: the Fundamentals of Good Routines and Habits
Week 2: Set up to succeed on Your Key Habit Change
Week 3: Learn and apply Mindfulness
Week 4: Build your Self-Compassion
Week 5: Develop Gratitude & Joy
Week 6: Review Your New Routine and Habits
When is it?
Two weekly session times to choose from: Tues 7.30-8.30am AEST or Wedn 7.30-8.30am NZST
16/17 June for six weeks until 21/22 July
The weekly 60-minute group coaching will be done via the online platform Zoom.
The early morning time slot is deliberate because it will help you to start the day on the right foot and build good habits :)

Why is the course not shorter, like 30 days?
Our promise to you is to have a course that delivers real results that last. Real change only comes with 1) hard work and 2) that hard work needs to be applied consistently for at least 45 days. Sciences show that is how long it takes at a minimum for the brain to develop a new habit. Hence 6-week is our shortest course. So let us help you!
