This is to celebrate International Women’s Day on 8 March 2022. This year’s theme is #BreaktheBias.

We have two incredible women of colour sharing the challenges they have faced in their career because of gender and race, how they have broken the bias and figured out their unique value. This event welcomes everyone who is interested to listen and learn, whether you are a woman, a woman of colour, a partner, a colleague or an ally.

Speakers: Audrey Cheng is a well-recognised product leader in New Zealand, currently working at Imagr as the Chief Technology Officer.

Sara-Jane Elika is a professional Director and a media consultant and director of ECG Consulting Group, which creates solutions for business sustainability and cultural engagement in both the private and public spheres
