Frances is a Conversation Experience Designer at Ambit. She uses logic and her intuitive understanding of customers to design easy and meaningful AI robotic conversations with customers. She sought out the programme because she wanted to gain that self-confidence to take her career to the next level.

Danka is a UX and Service Designer, using her empathy and user research skills to design beautiful and intuitive digital experiences for customers. Danka joined the programme because she felt like she was drifting in life and in her career without a strong direction.
